Yes, the capacity of the water park is 600 people inside the gates. • Can I buy tickets online and/or rent cabanas in advance? Not at this time. It is our plan to try to implement online services in the off-season in order to allow online purchasing of tickets and cabana & umbrella rentals for the 2016 season. • How can I get the discounted rate for Pasadena residents? When you purchase your tickets, you must show a valid photo ID or a utility bill (with photo ID) in your name with a Pasadena address. • Do you accept credit cards? Credit cards are accepted at the water park, but there is a $5 minimum purchase requirement for credit card transactions. Please note that because equipment is still being installed at the facility, credit card transactions are running slower than normal speeds. Guests are encouraged to bring cash, if possible. • Do I have to pay for my toddler/child to enter the water park? Yes. Because we are limited to the number of people who may enter the water park and because a ratio of lifeguards to water park guests must be maintained, every person who enters the facility must pay the admission fee. • Are there lockers available? Not at this time. Lockers will be available in the future. Please leave valuables at home or monitor your belongings. • Can I bring a cooler/ice chest/food/drink to the water park?
