The meeting noted that the minutes of the NBB Youth Committee held on Tuesday 12th November,
2013, have been circulated and read.

U8-U10 CARNIVAL- FOREST BEACH
Proposal has been made to help FBch to attract nippers. Youth Committee potentially
run an U8-U10 Carnival (similar to that run by TPB), in the net at Forest Beach

Townsville Picnic Bay members to investigate how this is run by TPBSLSC as a working
model
Vision: Maintain and increase Youth membership by working together across North Barrier Branch to
develop leaders and have fun
