This Year´s Motor Show in Full Strength

After a year the most anticipated motor event of the year not only in Slovakia but also within
Central Europe – the Motor Show Bratislava – is coming back to Bratislava. Slovak car market
has scored another extremely successful year in terms of passenger cars sales – in 2016
exactly 88,163 cars were sold, which represents 13% of annual increase. This years´ Motor
Show will not come short in terms of these positive data – introducing brands that represent
more than 97% of a market of passenger cars sales in Slovakia. Besides plenty of hot novelties
from Geneva, the Motor Show will also offer a rich and interesting accompanying programme
for adults and this year, for the first time ever, also for the smallest ones. The total area of

40,000 m will present a complex offer of the best from the car industry enhanced by a Children
Mini Motor Show where, besides showcase of miniatures of real models, children car fans can
also test their driving skills.
Exhibiting brands
Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Cadillac, Citroёn, Corvette, Dacia, Ferrari, Fiat,
Fiat Professional, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Iveco, Jaguar, Jeep, Kaipan, Kia, Lada,
Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Mahindra, Maserati, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mini,
Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Piaggio, Range Rover, Renault, Rolls Royce, Smart, Suzuki,
Škoda, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen, Volkswagen utility vehicles.
Record 46 brands, 2 Central European premieres and more than 80 Slovak exhibition premieres are a
clear sign that this year’s Bratislava Motor Show will surely not fall short of the last year edition that
was the best in the last decade. This year the list of brands is enriched by brands like Alfa Romeo,
Chevrolet, Lexus, Maserati and Toyota. Shiny cars of all kinds – hatchbacks, coupe, SUV, offroads,
roasters, sedans, limousines, cabriolets and other types of cars in various price categories from those
widely available to the most luxury ones worth dozens of euros will prove that Bratislava is keeping up
in terms of offer and shiny exhibition stands with the great Geneva.
Two Central European Premieres
The Motor Show will introduce lots of exhibition premieres – and not only Slovak ones. Two Central
European premieres will be brought by Mazda brand – new generation of the very successful SUV
Mazda CX-5, that, besides new design and more efficient and powerful engines offers also brand new
equipment features; and another edition of the bestselling roadster in the world Mazda MX-5 RF.

Exclusive Salon
The exhibition of luxury cars rarely to be seen on common roads has been a vital part of the biggest
motor show for seven years. These exclusive cars are outstanding due to their eye-catching design,
extreme power with hundreds of horses under the hood and also price – being worth hundreds of
dozens of euros. This year the section of luxury goods and services Exclusive Salon will once
again bring not only representative limousines but also super sport cars. Demanding customers that
would love to change road for a sky will surely be delighted by the new ultra-lightweight plane with
futuristic design and modern technologies – JOKER Gyrocopter.
Accompanying Programme
A novelty of this years´ fair is broadening the offer towards the smallest fans of the four-wheeled
machines. Part of the beautiful exhibition stands is also Children Mini Motor Show where families
with children will not only have fun during mini test drives but will also see an exclusive showcase of
miniature models of the real exhibited cars. Lovers of historical vehicles or older models will surely
enjoy themselves in the Veterans section. Those who prefer holiday with no restrictions, with freedom
under their wings and still four-wheeled will be pleased by the Caravans section where both small and
big motor homes and trailers of various price categories and brands will be available. Test drives of
brands CITROËN, FIAT, HONDA, HYUNDAI, MINI, NISSAN, PEUGEOT and OPEL will be
traditionally present as well. Sunday will see all lovers of tuned machines opening the tuning
season.
