Who We Are
What We Do
LEAP is a peer-led organization dedicated to
developing ourselves as emerging professionals
by gaining exposure to the opportunities,
leaders and culture at Savannah River Nuclear
Solutions, LLC.
LEAP organizes monthly events such as lunch
& learns, social events outside of work, and
volunteer work in the community. If you are
LEAP-eligible*, these career-building events are
available to you at no cost.
Characteristics of a LEAPster
Mission
CONNECTED. Involved on site with current
missions and off site with the community.
We seek to increase our awareness of the
challenges and issues that confront SRNS
and the surrounding area and to utilize our
collective voice to be actively involved in
shaping the future of the Savannah River Site
and the larger community.
ENGAGED. Care about the present and future of
SRS and are involved in making SRS a better place
to work.
AMBITIOUS. Willing to take chances and push to
be the best.
PROFESSIONAL. Punctual, accountable and
ethical.
*You are eligible to join LEAP if you are less than
seven years out of college and have earned, at a
minimum, an associates degree.
