PACKAGING
Deckline Primer is a single component, moisture curing
polyurethane which acts as an adhesion promoter and concrete sealer
for THC-900, THC-901, HPL sealants and PBS-850 HP. Deckline
primer should not be applied over concrete that has been previously
sealed or lightweight concrete. Deckline primer is not recommended
for submerged applications.

Primer #1 is a one-part adhesion promoter and surface sealer for
dymeric 240 and dymonic. This primer is recommended for use where
moisture is present for extended periods of time but is not recommended for submerged locations. Primed areas should be sealed the same day.

Primer #6 prepares a wide variety; of non-porous substrates to insure
adhesion of dymeric, dymeric 511, dymonic, THC 900/901, HPL and
tremco waterproofing membranes. Non-porous substrates include steel,
galvanized steel, aluminum, anodized aluminum, copper and plastics.

Silicone Primer #10 is a one-part primer designed to enhance adhesion
of silicone sealants to metal, wood, concrete and brick substrates.

Primer #17 is a one-part moisture curing polyurethane primer for
preparing the surfaces of cured dymeric, dymeric 511, and dymonic
which will be sealed with fresh dymeric, dymeric 511 or dymonic. Primer
#17 can also be an intercoat primer with Tremproof 60. Not recommended for submerged locations.

Silicone Primer #23 is a one-component primer to enhance the
adhesion of Tremco silicone sealants to porous substrates (I.E. concrete,
limestone, etc.)

200 Cleaner is used to prepare surfaces of steel, aluminum, copper,
high performance paints and plastics for the adhesion of epoxy modified
polyurethane and acrylic-based sealants. This is a water like, one-part,
clear solution that will not contaminate or darken surfaces. Tremco 200
Cleaner can also be used as a pre-wipe for primer #6.

PACKAGING
Tremsil 200 is a one-part, acetoxy silicone sealant which cures to
a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Produces
a weathertight seal to glass, metal, porcelain, ceramic and most painted
surfaces. White and clear Tremsil 200 contain a fungicide which makes
these suitable for use in bathrooms, spas and other areas where joints need
protection against fungi and bacteria. Tolerates joint movement +-25%.

Tremsil 600 is a one-part, medium modulus, neutral cure silicone
sealant which cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the air. Compatible with most common non-porous building component surfaces making it an excellent sealant for glazing of low rise residential windows. Has excellent adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel,
metals, glass, plastics, rigid PVCs, wood and painted surfaces.

Proglaze is a one-part, moisture curing, acetoxy silicone sealant which
is easily gunned under all types of weather conditions. quickly cures to
produce a high performance flexible, durable seal for a wide variety of
glazing applications such as cap bead, toe bead, heel bead, butt glazing
and metal-to-metal joints. Clear, white, aluminum and black Proglaze is
acceptable for indirect contact of edible products under USDA requirements for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Tolerates
dynamic movement +-25%.

Spectrem 1 is an ultra low modulus, high performance, one-part, moisture curing silicone expansion, control and lap joint sealant. Ideal for
sealing the most demanding dynamically moving joints including material having a high coefficient of linear expansion such as aluminum curtain walls. Precast concrete panels, metal panels and window perimeters.

Spectrem 2 is a medium modulus one-part, high performance, neutral
cure silicone sealant ideal for a variety of both caulking and glazing
applications. Particularly useful as a weather seal and tensile bead in
2-sided structural glazing systems and ideal for sealling joints within the
curtain/window wall systems.Tolerates cycllic movement +-50%.

Mono 555 is a one part sealant with over 30 years of proven performance. Mono 555 is highly resistant to environmental extremes and has
excellent UV resistance. Mono 555 can be used for caulking and glazing and does not require priming or surface conditioner. Movement

Tremco 830 is a one-part thermoplastic, elastomeric sealant which
provides a high performance, flexible seal in glazing and siding applications. Glazing applications include face bedding, cap bead glazing and
sealing of mitre joint in window profiles, as well as bedding of weed to
wood joints and aluminum frames to wood subframes. Siding applications include perimeter sealing of wood, PVC and aluminum residential
doors and windows. Tolerates movement +-12.5%.

Butyl Sealant is a weather resistant exterior grade caulk formulated
from a blend of butyl rubber and polyisobutylene. Butyl sealant is an
economical sealant for caulking and sealing joints where total joint
movement of less than 10% can be expected, such as in curtainwall,
metal panel joining applications, bedding thresholds and window
perimeters. Maximum joint movement of +-5%.

Acoustical Sealant is a single component, non-skinning, nonhardening synthetic rubber sealant developed for acoustical sealing of drywall
partitions, corridors and party walls. It can also be used as a lap joint and
perimeter sealant for polyethylene vapor barriers over fiberglass batt or
other insulation and can be used in contact with polystyrene.

Curtainwall Sealant is made of synthetic rubber and is a noncuring,
nonskinning sealant with excellent adhesion. Can be applied by hand
caulking gun or pump at low temperatures. Curtainwall sealant is
designed for sealing metal to metal concealed curtainwall joints to
exclude air and moisture infiltration.

Tremflex 834 is a siliconized acrylic latex sealant which produces a
fast-setting pliable seal. Tremflex is paintable in less than one hour
and is mildew resistant. It can be used as a general purpose interior and
exterior caulking and as a back bedding glazing compound. Joint
movement +-12.5%.

a long lasting, eye appealing and easy to clean coating for pedestrian
decks and walkways. The non-skid surface features the use of an

Dymeric 240/240FC are three component, chemically curing
epozidized polyurethane sealants specially formulated for
dynamically moving building joints.
THC 900
TREMCO THC-900 is a multicomponent, gun grade expansion
joint sealant developed for horizontal concrete expansion and
control joint applications with a slope 5% or less. Applications
include parking garages, and floor and sidewalk joints. THC-900
is especially resistant to abrasion and moisture.
THC 901
TREMCO THC-901 is a multicomponent, gun grade expansion joint sealant developed for horizontal concrete expansion

sealant made of polyurethane. Dymonic is specifically
designed for caulking of window perimeters and other
dynamically moving joints such as expansion and control
joints, curtainwall joints, tiltup panel joints and precast
concrete panel joints. Dymonic is a weather-resistant polymer (*Indicates 3 week lead

which possesses a balanced adhesive strength, low modulus

DYMONIC FC
DYMONIC FC is a durable, flexible polyurethane sealant that
offers excellent performance in moving joints. Dymonic FC
does not require a primer on most construction materials, and
exhibits tenacious adhesion once fully cured.

TREMCO POLY-WEJ GASKETS are precision extruded and designed for use in compression glazing systems. The POLY-WEJ GASKET can be incorporated into many
glazing systems and solve many glazing problems. When used in combination with
POLYSHIM II TAPE and a gunable sealant, this system is proven and “clean and easy”

TREMPROOF 60 (ROLLABLE AND VERTICAL)
TREMPROOF 60 is a one-part bitumen-modified polyurethane intended for use as a membrane for waterproofing applications involving two-course concrete slab construction.
Other applications include single-course, non-exposed concrete construction such as foundation walls, planters and tunnels. TREMPROOF 60 is available in a trowel consistency for
vertical applications and a rollable consistency for both horizontal and vertical applications.
