Cobblestone Hair Studio wants your day to be as carefree and special as possible. Our mission is to take care of your hair, nails and make‐up needs and make you beautiful for your special day. A wonderful wedding is all in the details. Each moment creates a memory. Cobblestone Hair Studio offers you a calming and relaxing setting to add beauty to your special day. Our caring, professional staff is committed to providing services to create your cherished memories and make your dream become a reality. After you choose Cobblestone Hair Studio to be a part of your special day, we strongly recommend that you book a consultation 1‐2 months before the wedding day. You and your hair stylist will have the opportunity to discuss the look you what and the details about your wedding day. You will also have a “trial run” during this appointment where your stylist will style your hair, as it will be done for your wedding. This way when your big day arrives, you can enjoy a stress free experience as we help make your wedding day the way you always dreamed it would be, Perfect! Please understand that this is a contract that requires a deposit of 50% to reserve all of your appointments and allows us to block off our staff and salon to accommodate your needs. The complete cost of the bridal services will be totaled upon completion of the forms. If for some reason you choose to cancel this contract, we will refund the full deposit if you do so with more than 30 days notice and speaking directly with one of our sales associate. If any changes to the contract need to occur, they must be made greater than 30 days in advance of your wedding day. After this point, cancellations, “no shows” or reductions in booked services will be charged in full. Two weeks prior to your wedding day, and for your convenience, the remaining balance plus a 20% gratuity is due. If this final payment is not made, your reservation shall be considered cancelled, and no deposit(s) shall be refunded. We schedule appointments for the bride, groom, attendants, mother of the bride/groom, and other family members you wish
to include. We offer hair, nail and make-up services to complete the look you envisioned for your special day.

Waxing services are not recommended on the day of wedding. Appointments for waxing can be done the same day as the
manicures and pedicures with the exception of leg and bikini waxing which should be scheduled separately.

Men need pampering for their wedding day just like the ladies. All manicures and pedicures will be finished with buffing your
nails or using matte clear polish, whichever you prefer. We also can provide brow, chest, back and leg waxing for the men.

Helpful Hints/Policy Sheet
Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, it is possible that full service requested may
not be possible due to time constraints.
Wear a button down shirt to your appointment
Have hair washed, dried, and straightened (if curly) the night before your appointment. If you are wearing your hair curly
then there is no need to straighten.
If having a make-up application, be sure your skin is clean and moisturized before arriving.
We recommend coming to the appointment with an idea or picture of the look they would like to achieve.
We reserve the right to change staff assignments due to scheduling conflicts, vacations, illnesses and personnel changes. If
a bride has had a consultation, a change of that stylist would occur only under circumstances beyond our control.
