Financial Counselling, Capability and Resilience Financial Counselling, Capability and Resilience encompasses the provision of financial counselling, financial literacy education, and access to financial services including financial and microfinance products. · Emergency Relief provides immediate financial and/or material support to people in a financial crisis. Emergency Relief provides a safety net for people experiencing financial distress or hardship and who have limited means or resources to help them alleviate their financial crisis. · Food Relief increases access to a cost-effective supply of food items by Emergency Relief organisations.
