All that parcel or tract of land, situate, lying, and being in the fortieth (40) township, in the seventh (7)
range, west of the fifth (5) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
Section six (6) of the said township, as shown upon a map or plan of survey of the said township
approved and confirmed at Ottawa on the eighteenth (18) day of December, nineteen hundred and six
(1906), by E. Deville, Surveyor General of Dominion Lands, and on file in the Department of Alberta
Forestry, Lands and Wildlife at Edmonton, containing two hundred fifty-nine (259.000) hectares (640.00
acres), more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:

Two and fifty-six thousandths (2.056) hectares (5.08 acres), more or less, out of the west half of
the said section six (6), required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of
record in the Land Titles Office at Edmonton for the North Alberta Land Registration District as
No. 463 P.X.

Two hundred twenty-three thousandths (0.223) of a hectare (0.55 of an acre), more or less, out
of the north east quarter of the said section six (6), required for a surveyed roadway, as shown
upon a plan of survey of the said roadway of record in the said Land Titles Office as No 4462

range, west of the fifth (5) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, being composed of:

Sections thirteen (13), twenty-two (22), twenty-seven (27), twenty-eight (28), thirty-three (33), thirty-four
(34), thirty-five (35), and thirty-six (36), the east half of section twenty-four (24), the north half and
south east quarter of section twenty-five (25), the north half of section twenty-six (26), and all those
portions of the northeast quarter of section fourteen (14), section twenty-three (23), the west half of
section twenty-four (24), the south west quarter of section twenty-five (25) and the south half of section
twenty-six (26) of the said township not covered by the waters of Crimson Lake, containing two thousand nine hundred and fifty-four and two hundred and six thousandths (2,954.206) hectares (7,300.00
acres), more or less.

The statutory road allowances adjoining the east boundaries of the said sections twenty-two (22),
twenty-eight (28), thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), thirty-five (35) and the north east quarter of section
fourteen (14); the south and east boundaries of section twenty-seven (27); the intersection adjacent to
the north east corner of the said section twenty-two (22); all those portions of the south boundary of the
said section twenty-five (25) lying generally to the west of the northwesterly limit and to the east of the
south easterly limit of the production across the said road allowance of a surveyed roadway, as shown
upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 832 1990, the east boundary of the
said section twenty-three (23), and the south and east boundaries of section twenty-six (26) of the said
township not covered by the waters of the said Crimson Lake, containing thirty-one and one hundred
twenty thousandths (31.120) hectares (76.90 acres), more or less.
