Anvil Centre is a full-service event venue. We will be pleased to work with you to customize
a menu that will accommodate both your culinary and budgetary requirements.
Anvil Centre’s exclusive onsite catering is operated by Truffles Fine Foods Ltd. Our menu
selection is about inspired food created by people who are passionate about culinary arts.
From formal plated dinners to cocktail receptions to casual appetizers, our menu selection
represents the cultural diversity of Metro Vancouver, and reflects all that British Columbia
has to offer.
Beverage service, including all liquor, is provided by Anvil Centre. Please let us know what
your requirements are, if any, for liquor services. We are able to provide both cash bar and host
bar services.
