Make 2014 Your best year ever, start NOW
1. Live in Harmony, eliminate Stress at home, at work and at play - take care your of
your Soul – bring it 'home'
2. Create a new detailed, defined Vision of your End Goal –
3. Cease opportunities and possibilities to increase skills in achieving goals, reducing
guilt, fear, and the unwanted Transform yourself during the this new Year, Create New Space, and welcome
the New You





Recognize and accept your past path- it ain’t workin’
Test your limits, force yourself- stop being indecisive
Prohibit yourself from entertaining doubt, fear, ‘falling off the wagon’
Create new thoughts and actions- do not entertain the HOW
Get movin’, step into your own power
Being gentle with your Self allows the Soul to remove negativity. So, make a
plan HOW you can reward your Soul (even MORE THAN LAST YEAR)




embrace much more kindness, love, and creation of joy for Self
consciously generate positive energy by feeling what you see
surround yourself with beauty, make a point of doing, exercising, repeating
embrace those things you KNOW that feel good
eliminate limitations in your mind by spelling them out
Making decisions is often accompanied by what if, just stop it. Should they not
meet your expectations, just make another set of choices/decisions. Change
your mind accordingly and enjoy the forcefulness for your own good


create a day planer and force yourself to adhere to it daily
stop procrastinating: meditate, journal, take a nap, listen to glorious music, eat
that pint of ice cream, call a friend at odd times, buy that blouse you don’t
need…… you get it, right?
be a little tougher on Self – just STOP feeling negative, sorry for Self



re-define the plan/intentions for 2014 and be specific!
do NOT entertain the HOW, because it DOES create doubt in your WHAT
Believe in your What- the HOW will appear
Your vision is what carries you, it provides the energy to fulfill your dream
Have you taken home your Soul? Or at least are you on the way there? What does it
mean? You know what it means.
