PROCEDURE FOR MARCHING: Senior students will follow proper lines to their

Choir members will march in with their regular line, locate their chairs, and then

selections.
Faculty marshals will signal for each row of graduates to rise and proceed to the
platform. Then the announcer will say, “Our congratulations to these young
people.”
Only one senior should be on the platform as his or her name is announced.
Before crossing the platform, the senior next in line should stand at the top step
of the platform until the person ahead has been congratulated. Upon receiving
the diploma, the graduate should then return to his/her chair and remain
standing until the entire line is back in place.
The Administration of Little Rock Central High School is committed to presenting a
memorable graduation. We want every senior student’s name and honors to be
heard by everyone. When walking across the stage, senior students are required
to act with dignity and respect. This is a very distinguished occasion for all senior
students.
After all diplomas have been conferred, all graduates will stand for the
benediction. Graduates will join Chief Crumpton in the Tiger Circle and proceed to
the back of the arena. Once all graduates are in formation, they will sing the Alma
Mater.
GRADUATION PICTURES: Purchase of the pictures is optional. The photographer
will be photographing every graduate two times: once while receiving the
diploma and again when posed in front of a flag backdrop. To order online, log
