For stays of at least 2 weeks: 3% discount

Above rates include: daily room cleaning, change of linen twice a week, water, gas, electricity, heating
and air conditioning, taxes.
Accommodation: 10 rooms (8 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 room with French bed), each with its
own bathroom (6 of them with tub, 1 with tub and shower, 3 with shower).
Each room is equipped with: TV sat, telephone, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating.
Other services and common areas : elevator, dining room, TV room, reading room, two living rooms,
kitchen, communal baths, swimming pool 17m x 4.5m with Jacuzzi area, large private park with
secular trees completely fenced, Italian garden, a patio with tables and chairs for outside dining, oven,
church, parking, watchman.
Extra Services:
- Chef for lunches and dinners: from € 250.00 per service;
- Butler/maid: from € 150.00 per service;
- Baby sitter; Transfer: on request.
On request there will be the possibility to arrange a customized program including daily activities
and guided excursions (Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Urbino etc.)
Deposit: On arrival you will be asked for the payment of a deposit of € 1,500.00 that will be returned
upon departure, subject to any damages.
