Our summer reading program is open to children ages 3-12.
Children read and keep track of books read in their logs.
Everyone who reads one book will be eligible to win a bike donated
by Estabrook and Chamberlain Insurance Agency of Bridgewater.
Last date to enter the bike raffle is Saturday August 6, 2016.
Sign up for our Summer Reading Program

for summer reading is July 30. End of summer
reading celebration Monday, August 8.

Summer Story Times
Book Babies. Lapsit for ages infant to 24 months
with caregiver. Join Mrs. Davis for rhymes, songs,
story and playtime. 10:30-11:00 a.m. Thursday,
July 21 and Thursday, August 4.
Drop in story time for all ages with adult. Join Mrs.
Davis for stories, songs and rhymes. 10:30-11:00 a.m.

returns! This raffle is open all summer (June 25August 6). One guess per child.
Free movies on a large screen!
Welcome to the movies!
All movies begin at 1:00 p.m. Parent must stay with
child. Movies are FREE, no registration and we have
air conditioning.

Child Safety
A New York Life Agent will work with you to create
a child identification CD that includes a digital
photo and fingerprints of your child, along with
your contact information. To participate, each child
must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
No registration required.

Let’s go decorate a kite!
Friday, August 5 @ 11:00 a.m.
We have some plain kites that need some
decorations...want to help? Come to the library and
design/color/decorate a kite then bring it home to fly.
Registration is required for this program and
is open to school age children.
Registration begins on Tuesday, July 19.
Remember you can place holds on books with your
library card. Visit our website, click on SAILS online
catalog and search for your item. Your pin number is
normally the last 4 digits of your phone.
PJ Story Time
Drop in and join us for bedtime
stories and music with
Miss Juliette on Wednesdays
nights. All ages welcome.
Make and take– friendship bracelets
Love to loom? Want to weave? Come make friendship bracelets at
the library. We’ve got gimp, floss, hemp and beads, plus some
new books with designs you’ll want to try. No formal
instruction, work at your speed.

Summer Reading Participants can
receive a FREE ticket to the Brockton Rox game on
August 2. (Additional tickets are $6.00).
Pick up the Brockton Rox form at the library for more
details starting June 25.

Animal Affair
Drop in program
Wednesday, July 20
1:30-3:30 p.m.
Join us for Animal Affair–
the zoo that comes to you!
They will be bringing us chickens, pigs, goats,
bunnies and more! Children will have a chance to
meet the animals and the program will be held rain or
shine in our meeting room.
This program is not a registration program and open to
all ages. Parents should be aware that
Animal Affair will be in charge of how many
children are allowed in the pens at one time for
everyone’s safety.
Come color a pennant!

while supplies last.

End of Summer Reading Program and Bike Raffle

Join us for our finale to summer reading as we present Brett Outchcunis, for yo-yo fun, music and dance!
Get up and celebrate the end of summer reading. All ages welcome, no registration.
We will also be drawing the winners of the bike raffle at tonight’s program.
