unique opportunity to own a company, which is 100% in order, correct and up to
date with all authorities including tax, social security, labor department and

This established business has no partners and no unknown shareholders. All 3
Managing Directors will sign over the Two Million Baht company 100%, it’s bank
accounts and it’s assets. There are no skeletons in the Siam H20 closet!
Ex British Army veteran and Diving Instructor Andy Norris, who started diving in
Koh Chang in 2005, founded Siam H20 in 2013. The current premises have been
a dive center for 10 years and Andy has been getting more involved as an
instructor, manager and Managing Director since 2009. In 2012 he went alone
and remodeled the new company in the only way he knew how – with military
precision.

Siam H2O Retail Shop 2016
Since 2007, the shop has been a prominent icon in the dive industry and boasts
the largest retail area of any dive center in the Koh Chang archipelago. It was
refurbished in 2013 and now sports an eye catching all glass front.
Siam H2O is situated near an amazing beach in a popular retail area favored by
families in the busy Whitesand Beach. From a decade of presence, Siam H2O has
return customers as well as regular foot traffic – and is directly opposite the new
shopping superstore MAKRO.
The Siam H2O shop consists of 3 adjoining units with air-conditioning, polished
concrete floors, LED spots
& uplighters throughout - plus a large European style washroom & changing
area. One unit has been
converted into a café & classroom, which serves our divers and non-diving
clientele before and after the dives, during courses and throughout opening
hours.

The business has been running during high seasons and the owners have
returned to Europe during the European summer – May to September. However,
whilst they have commitments elsewhere, this business can absolutely support
you 12 months of the year.

Siam H2O has seen excellent results from October to April and the owners are
more than happy with the returns vs lifestyle on Koh Chang. Obviously, high
season generates more profit and you will have exceptionally busy months
between October and February.

The Shop accommodates a large amount of stock, therefore offering choices to
your customers. High quality from Mares, mixed with an excellent showroom
makes selling equipment and diving very easy. Anything not in stock is easily
shipped the same day from HQ in Bangkok, thus offering a 24-hour delivery
service on most stock.

Siam H2O Logo.
When the logo was designed, it was agreed that it needed to be different than
every the other dive company worldwide. Obvious, yet different. Since Thailand
changed its name from Siam, it was believed “Siam” appropriate with the
company’s surroundings. H2O gives you the option to expand into all
watersports without compromising the name and/or logo
The café was created because it was a struggle to find a decent coffee. Now, you
get to drink all the caffeine however & whenever you want. Singha Draught is
installed in the café, which also has a triple closet/unit refrigerator, single unit
fridge, Krups coffee machine, small oven and beautifully crafted design glasses
and cutlery.

Siam H2O premises from another angle – facing south.
The shop faces the West. This means, you have glorious sunshine until midday,
after which it thankfully retreats to the east side. You can position yourself in the
café for amazing sea views and sunsets, but at least the shop offers a welcome
air-conditioned break for shoppers and you’re out of the glaring heat in the
afternoon.

The shop is on an extendable rental contract with an extremely well known and
reputable Landlord. You will sign a new contract with him directly.
When all documents and wire transfers are complete, I will offer the new
owner(s) my services free of charge to ensure a smooth transition for 1 month –
if you wish to accept.
This is the price for everything. It is not negotiable nor is it possible to split the
