* Six wines representing the region, such as Chablis, Saint-Véran, Saint-Romain for the whites, and Givry,

* Six wines representing the region, such as Petit Chablis, Pouilly-Fuissé, Meursault for the whites, and Mercurey,
Volnay, Chambolle-Musigny for the reds (subject to change).
After Midday
• Landscape reading in a scenic vineyard (1h)
* Practical application of the morning learnings to better understand wine-growing techniques and the geological
elements adding to Burgundy’s character.
• Winery tour (2h)
* Meet winemakers who will proudly share their experience and passion and help you discover their
own production.
