Everyday life is a learning experience for children. Born Learning is a
public engagement campaign that helps parents, grandparents, and caregivers explore
ways to turn everyday moments into fun learning opportunities. This suite of Born Learning
tools includes educational materials, electronic media, and promotional items to support
this early childhood development initiative.

A. Born Learning Permanent Trail Kits (Outdoor)
The popular Born Learning Trail creates valuable community resources
for early childhood learning, and offers opportunities for visibility
and volunteer engagement. These fun, physical learning activities are
designed for parents or caregivers to play with young children in any
outdoor setting — trails, parks, school yards.
Key components for the permanent kits are the ten 12" by 24" signs.
Each is printed with a unique playful, engaging activity based on early
learning outcomes. Each has room for your localized imprint, sponsor
names, and/or a brief message. Laminate top helps protect against UV

rush shipping; rush fees are additional. Other service carriers

DS items are the same standard items as shown in the catalog, but

DS orders are priced and shipped in bulk with no special packaging.
A minimal production over run or under run of your order may occur.
Final order and invoice will include these adjustments. Because of
the special-order nature of DS items, no returns will be accepted
unless we are at fault.

How to Pay
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Note:
Credit card payment must be requested when your order is placed

a United Way office. If you have ordered in the past, you or your
organization may have an existing account number. Please have

Returns
To return a product, please call or e-mail us for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number before sending anything back.
Follow the return instructions found on the back of your packing
slip, or if the packing slip is missing, contact us first, then ship
returns to: United Way Store Returns Department, 1900 Industrial
Park Drive, Federalsburg, MD 21632. All returns must be made
within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns for any customized or engraved items, any edible materials, candies, dated products, or year marked materials. Special
bid purchases or discounted purchases are also not returnable
unless we are at fault. Some returns will have a 15% restocking fee
applied. If your return quantity affects the volume discount rate
