Level 1 Marathon Training Plan
Will the Cape Cod Marathon be your first marathon? Can you run 3-5 miles? Have you been running
consistently 3x per week for at least 6 weeks? This plan was designed for YOU with the first time
marathoner in mind. Coach Jen’s Level 1 Marathon Training Plan is based on a 3x per week running
schedule with an optional 4th run. You will gradually build on your long run with the goal of completing
the 26.2 distance on October 30th!
