Dundas Castle is a five star Exclusive Use venue and is the family
home of Sir Jack and Lady Stewart-Clark. We offer a variety of
facilities to suit your corporate event. This includes the ‘Beehive’
boardroom, the elegant Croquet Room, the Auld Keep with its
medieval Great Hall and a number of break-out rooms and our
chandelier lit Pavilion Marquee. Our team will provide you with an
uncompromising service to ensure that your event runs exactly
to plan. It is our aim to make sure that you and your guests will
want to return.

We have fifteen luxurious double/twin bedded bedrooms in the
main Castle and the adjoining Courtyard Cottage. Each of these is
individually decorated to the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
All rooms have double or twin beds and their own bathrooms.
Wi-Fi is installed and reaches every bedroom. Guests are also
provided with individual bathrobes, Penhaligon toiletries and
complimentary whisky. Dundas is, therefore, ideal for our clients who
require to dine in elegance, sleep in comfort and wake up refreshed
and ready for a day of work or play.
Our Chef’s breakfast creations make a perfect beginning for the
day. He has combined Scottish delicacies with Continental fare to
provide a sumptuous buffet. The finest of locally sourced breakfast
ingredients are then cooked to order.

banquet for up to 24 guests, the
Stag Chamber within the Auld
Keep offers an unparalleled and
unique experience. A dinner for up
to 60 guests can be served in the
elegant chandelier-lit Croquet Room
surrounded by fine Scottish works of
art from the 19th and present century.
For larger numbers, a drinks reception
in the house can be followed by
dinner in the Pavilion, a permanent
structure surrounded by spectacular
views of the estate provides a blank
canvas from a barbeque to a gala

It is 7 miles from
the airport.

and LOCATION
Dundas Castle is secluded and peaceful, yet it is at the hub of Scotland’s
transport network. Four motorways, going to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Perth
and Aberdeen are all between two and four miles of the gates of Dundas. Dalmeny
station, which is two miles away, allows rail connection throughout the country.
Edinburgh International Airport is what its name implies with British Airways, B.M.I.,
KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, United Airlines, Easy Jet, Ryanair, Fly Be, Jet 2,
German Wings and other airlines operating daily flights throughout Europe
and directly to the USA.

Dundas Castle and its grounds are ideally suited for a variety of product launches.
In the motor industry we have played host to Bentley, Range Rover, Lamborghini,
Lexus, and others for product launches and demonstrations along the three miles
of drives within the estate walls and our four wheel drive course. We have had
photo shoots for fashion houses and the Castle has been the location for feature
films and major trailers. The medieval Keep, the splendid William Burn Main Castle,
the 17th Century Fountain, the Lily Loch and the spreading lawns all provide a wide
variety of choices for enhancing the image of your company and the products you
wish to launch. We will work with you to customise your event.
