2016 INDIANA SCRATCH CLASSIC RULES
All Scratch Competition on a Sport Shot Condition
1. ELIGIBILITY: Each participant must have a current USBC membership and compete in an INDIANA USBC Association.
Non Indiana residents shall be required to have a validated average of 21 games or more in an Indiana USBC
certified league for the Current or 2015-2016 Season. Youth Members are not eligible to compete in this tournament

2. A DRESS CODE will be enforced during the TOURNAMENT. Each Participant must wear DRESS SLACKS ( No denim jeans,
sweats or shorts) and a SHIRT with a COLLAR (No T-Shirts allowed). Jerseys with bowling logos that meet PBA guidelines
will be allowed. Those individuals not complying with the DRESS CODE will not be permitted to bowl

3. ALL participants are asked to be at the Host Center and CHECK-IN 30 Minutes prior to Squad Time.
Management reserves the right to fill any vacancy 20 minutes prior to the start of a squad with walk-ins.
Announcements and practice will begin 15 minutes prior to scheduled squad time.
Bowlers arriving late will be given ZERO for any frames missed.

4. In the event of a breakdown or delay, the Tournament Manager will make a decision regarding the continuation
of the game/games. If scores are irretrievably lost in an automatic scorer that game must be bowled over.
No individuals are permitted in the bowling area except participants and tournament officials.

5. All decisions of the Tournament Manager are Final, pending appeal to USBC.

6. ENTRY FEE : $90. (Discounted to $75. If Paid by October 21st, 2016) $50. Prize Fee - Balance Lineage and Expenses.

7. RE-ENTRY FEE : $75. $50. Prize Fee - Balance Lineage and Expenses.

8. ALL PRIZE FEES RETURNED 100% in PRIZES in at least a 1 in 5 Ratio. Bowlers may only Cash Once.

9. REFUNDS - Any request for a Refund or Transfer of a paid entry if allowed will incur a $10. Fee.
10. FORMAT: QUALIFYING-Squad will consist of 4 Games. 1 in 5 Overall each day will Advance.
If there is a tie for the Last Spot of the Day Ties Advance.
High Qualifier Each Squad Gets 1 Bye in Semi-Finals - 1 Game Roll Off if Tied
At least 2 Senior Bowlers 50 and Over will Advance from Saturday Qualifying
There must be at least a 3 entry fraction to increase advancing entry spot.
SEMI-FINALS- Pins dropped before Each Round- 2 GAMES TOTAL PINS
Ties to ADVANCE to next round will be broken by a 9th & 10th Frame Roll-Off
Round 1 - 2 Games Total Pins - Field Cut in Half
Round 2 - 2 Games Total Pins - Field Cut in Half
Round 3* - 2 Games Total Pins - Field Cut to TOP 4 if Less than 200 Entries
Round 3* - 2 Games Total Pins - Field Cut in Half if More than 200 Entries
Round 4* - 2 Games Total Pins - Field Cut to TOP 4 if More than 200 Entries
TOP 4 - 2 Games Total Pins - Determines Final Standings.
11. 2016 USBC National Masters Entry awarded to Winner has No Cash Value and is not Transferable.
12. National Masters Entry will include $500. Expense Money upon completion in national tournament.
