Newsletter - Wantagh Public Library

March-April 2016
From The Director’s Desk: I was so pleased to hear from my staff that many patrons have told them that the library is the stop before the supermarket
when winter storms are in the forecast. Whether you are picking up that novel you keep meaning to read, or binge watching one of the popular television series
we own, be sure to make the library one of your stops as well. Hopefully, as Spring approaches, we will have better weather ahead of us. Once the flowers
start blooming, we know it’s time to finalize our budget for the coming year. The Budget Hearing this year is scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2016 at 7:00pm.
The Library Budget Vote will take place on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 1:00-9:00pm. The Board of Trustees, staff and I would like to thank you for your support and let you know we look forward to serving you in the future.
