The 2010 General Conference voted to recognize this as an international conference committee. To date, members have provided
ministry primarily in the US, however on several occasions they have been able to travel and offer ministry to women in other
lands. It is anticipated they will work increasingly with women of all nations to help meet the needs of the international community
of Restoration women. The Women’s quorum votes on membership for this committee, and the General Conference offers a
confirming vote.

This committee, to be chaired by an elder, was first authorized by JCR#57 to provide Sunday School materials for restoration
branches. A resolution proposed to the 2010 General Conference (2010-8) brought awareness that this committee had not been
adequately publicized. This same conference then elected additional members to help revise and develop curricula which could be
offered to restoration branches as an option for helping educate youth and members in the doctrine of Christ’s church.

JCR #93 authorized the formation of a Communications Department, initially comprised of three divisions. Directors are
appointed by the conference president, and may organize sub-divisions as needed. The Communications Department is managed
by the Communications Committee (Conference Officers and Division Directors), with the conference vice-president acting as
chairperson. As the communication needs of the Conference grow, so also do the roles and membership of each division:
