by TAC in lts meeting held on
03.12.2015 and subsequenfly on 2z.o1.2016

The TAC (Policy) had recommended for the following
amendments in the

1' The period of crE for projects requiring Environmental
clearance be granted
upto 07 years or the date of commissioiing, whichever
is eailier subject to the
validity of EC.
2' The period of crE for projects not requiring Environmental
clearance be
extended from 02 years to 05 years including stone
crushers, hot mix plants,
screening plants, brick kilns etc.
ln view of above, it is h.ereby ordered that the following
amendments are made
in the consent policy orders issueb vide Endsi. rrfo.
1019S_1 O21g dated Ol.OA.2O14
and published in the gazette on 15.04.2014:_
The period of CTE for projects requiring Environmental
clearance be granted
upto 07 years or the date of commissioiing, whichever
is earlier subject to the
validity of Environment Clearance
The period of CTE for projects not requiring Environmental
clearance be
extended from 02 years to 05 years includingiton"
crushers, hot mix plants,
screening plants, brick kilns etc.
These orders shail come into force with immediate
effect.
