What does the word ‘Confidence’ mean to you?"

•  The feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or
something; firm trust: “we had every confidence in the
staff”!
•  The state of feeling certain about the truth of something!

•  Trust – faith – reliance – belief – credit - credence!

have to work on it!
•  It continuously rises/falls – light switch!

•  Aim for an increase in confidence of 10% - small steps!

•  Saying ‘yes’ to everything – saying ‘no’ to one thing!
