FITNESS
MOVEBALL SIGNATURE
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (30-40 MIN) A fun
and challenging cardiovascular and
strength-based workout using the
innovative moveBALL. Functional, diverse
movement patterns and time-effective
intervals target every muscle, head to toe.
Suitable for all levels.
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (40-50 MIN)
How many rounds will you do? As many
rounds as possible! An individual challenge
in a group setting, this class is all about
metabolic conditioning, focusing on power
and speed. Three or four exercises are
done in a timed circuit format. Participants
are challenged to do as many rounds as
possible of the exercises, while using
proper form. Prepare to work hard!
BARRE/POWER BARRE
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (40-60 MIN)
A highly focused, body molding workout
that works towards improved posture,
developing balanced muscle definition,
sculpted arms, thighs and glutes and
strong, flat abs. This mostly non-impact
class also targets the assistor muscles
which act as stabilizers and play a crucial
role in preventing injury. Want a bit more
challenge? Try POWER BARRE for more
intensity.

VIPR ATHLETIC
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (45 MIN)
ViPR bridges the gap between movement
and strength training, and introduces a new
concept - loaded movement training. This
class will increase agility, balance and
dynamic strength to help participants reach
goals of weight management, improved
functionality in daily life and enhanced
performance in sport. It is an interval based
workout that can be adapted to all levels.
STEP
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (60 MIN)
This fun and energetic class is all about
getting a great workout! Your heart, legs
and butt will be in fabulous shape and you'll
leave each class in a fantastic mood.
Incorporating rhythm and motivating music,
each class will finish with an ab workout.
Handheld weights may be incorporated.

Incinerate calories with this time-based
cardio and strength workout. Intense effort
brings intense results and every interval
brings you closer to goals.
HIIT
MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY (40-60 MIN)
This enhanced form of interval training
alternates periods of short intense
anaerobic exercise with less-intense
recovery periods. HIIT is a form of
cardiovascular exercise. These short,
intense workouts improve athletic capacity
and condition, glucose metabolism, and are
fat burning.
PILATES
MODERATE INTENSITY (60-75 MIN)
Pilates improves flexibility, builds
strength and develops control and
endurance. It puts emphasis on
alignment, breathing, developing a strong
core, and improving coordination and
balance. This class allows for different
exercises to be modified in range of
difficulty from beginner to advanced. You
will leave feeling focused, energized, and
maybe even a bit taller. Please bring
your own yoga mat. Bare feet
recommended.
VIVE
MOD. TO HIGH INTESITY (45 MIN)
This cardio based dance fitness class is
suitable for ALL fitness levels and dance
enthusiasts! If you like Zumba, you’ll love
this easy to follow class designed to
make you SWEAT. Come dance and
sing along to chart topping hits from the
70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today!
CORE CIRCUIT
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (40 MIN)
SWEAT EQUITY
This 40 minute Interval/circuit style
classes focuses on core muscles and the
muscles that stabilize your core.
Suitable for all levels of fitness
(modifications will be provided) and
although not a cardiovascular specific
conditioning class, this class will leave
you sweating! Light weights, bender
balls, hoops, tubing, moveBALL and the
BOSU will be utilized to ensure an
incredible workout.
ZUMBA
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (60 MIN)
ALL LEVELS (60 MIN)
What you invest is what you achieve. This
strength focused class will include cardio
components to increase the return on your
time. Using a variety of equipment,
including free weights, body bars, ViPR™,
stability balls and plain old bodyweight, you
will find yourself challenged and find that
what you put in is what you get out.
Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms
set to high-energy Latin and international
beats. Easy to follow moves create a one
of a kind fitness experience that's more
like a night on the town than a class.
Lose yourself in the music and find
yourself in shape at the original dancefitness party.
ATHLETIC STEP
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (45 MIN)
This class will use the step to bring your
fitness to the next level. The cardio
challenge will change weekly and include
athletic drills, HIIT, and traditional step
choreography. Strength and body weight
exercises will also be incorporated for a fullbody workout.
TABATA IGNITE
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (50 MIN)
Ignite your metabolism with this
scientifically proven format. The TABATA
protocol is interval training: 8 cycles of 20
second intense work periods and 10

SELF-PACED (40–60 MIN)
This indoor cycling class is designed for all
fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is
under your control, allowing you to work at
a pace that is right for your body. The class
focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning
and aerobic interval training, with brief, high
intensity bursts that push past your
anaerobic threshold. Please bring water to
class.
YOGA
BEGINNER YOGA
LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY (60 MIN)
For beginners only. If you have been
curious about yoga but too intimidated (or
non-bendy) to try, this is the class for you. It
will teach you the basics and allow you to
progress at your own pace. Consistent
attendance will build your skills, confidence
and familiarity with the poses. Please wear
comfortable clothing and bring your own
yoga mat. Bare feet recommended.
PRANA
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (40-75 MIN)
In this fluid class, repeating cycles of
connected asanas (poses) cultivate
rhythmic life energy (prana). Each month
there will be a feature “peak pose” and all
asanas will be related to this. Waves of
asanas are centered, connected and
grounded by breath. Participants will have
the opportunity to build towards achieving a
more advanced pose while increasing their
mind/body awareness. Please wear
comfortable clothing and bring your own
yoga mat. Bare feet recommended.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
LOW INTENSITY (75 MINUTES)
Originally designed to help with recovery
from illness or injury, Restorative Yoga
encourages deep relaxation and meditation
to restore health and peace of mind by
finding the power of inner healing. It may
feel like you are doing nothing but the
effects are undeniable. Please wear
comfortable (warm) clothing and bring your
own yoga mat. Socks recommended.
VINYASA
MOD. TO HIGH INTENSITY (60 MIN)
Vinyasa, the link of breath and movement,
creates a flowing rhythm, moving you from
posture to poster. The class will emphasize
alignment and longer posture holds to build
strength and increase flexibility. Each week
the emphasis will vary with upper body
strength, back bending, forward bending or
chest or hip opening. Please wear
comfortable clothing and bring your own
yoga mat. Bare feet recommended.
YIN
LOW INTENSITY (75 MIN)
Yin yoga is a perfect way to balance your
vigorous yoga practice or workout routine.
In class, you will settle into a pose for 3-7
minutes to stretch, strengthen and restore
the deep connective tissues running
through your body. Focusing on function
rather than form, and acknowledging
everyone's unique skeletal makeup, you will
leave class feeling open, relaxed and with a
heightened awareness of your body's
natural alignment.
