Although ESE does not provide housing options to its students, we will be glad to help you as you search for accommodation in Madrid. We can provide you information of a range of housing agencies (some English speaking), residences and other alternatives. It is recommended that students start their search for a flat in advance as Madrid is a popular city and finding accommodation can be quite difficult, especially if you are not in Madrid. You may perhaps be interested in sharing an apartment with a friend or other students. These are usually for undergraduate students between the ages of 18-22 and will require that you show your transcripts and proof of enrolment. Most are located in the Ciudad Universitaria and Moncloa neighborhoods close to the large public universities, but others are located closer to the ESE Madrid Campus. The majority are women or men-only dormitories, but there are some co-ed. Do not deal with anybody who says they are away from the property and you can´t view it or of somebody who wants you to pay courier fees to have a key delivered to you.
