Reptiles are scaly carnivores. Crocodiles have a backbone. They are vertebrates. Crocodiles breathe with lungs. All crocodiles are coldblooded. Fun fact Crocodiles have the strongest bite than any other animal in the world. Crocodiles lay eggs. Crocodiles burry their eggs under ground; the heat the eggs are in changes their gender. With inch long teeth; their bottom and top teeth stick out of their mouth that is how you can tell the difference between Alligators and Crocodiles, Alligators teeth only stick out from the top of their mouth. Crocodiles don’t roar or growl they hiss. Yummy Crocodiles eat rocks to help with their digestive system. Fun fact Crocodiles will eat anything they can get hold of! Crocodiles will eat, crustaceans ,fish, turtles, snakes, lizards, birds, bats, kangaroos, dingoes, domestic dogs, horses, cattle, buffalo, pigs and even humans! Drenched Homes Crocodile homes are freshwater swamps, lakes and rivers. Fun fact Crocodiles don’t have homes except for the water. Crocodiles mostly live in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Australia. Crocodiles don't really have homes like other animals, they own the water! Humungous crocodiles Earth's largest living crocodilian is the Saltwater Crocodile! Scientists say they ate humans! It was 23 feet long &7 meters 2,200 pounds (1’000 kilograms.) Fun fact Saltwater crocodiles live in salt water The average saltwater crocodile should be 17 feet 5 meters 1,000 pounds (450 kilograms) is usual. This one of the top ten biggest Crocodiles living after the dinosaurs. Outstanding Crocodile Characteristics Crocodiles are lizard like critters. With short legs, scaly skin, a tail. Fun fact Crocodiles don’t sweat they release heat from their mouths! yellow eyes that pop out of their top of their head; In front of their head there is puffy fluff to protect its’ eye when something hits it it lands on the fluff. Most crocodiles have 68 teeth or less. And have a greenish brown color. Some crocodiles can be Yellow!
