Dominik Stefan Mihalits, Faculty of Psychology, Sigmund Freud University, Vienna, Austria
Dominik Stefan Mihalits
He received his Bachelor degree in Psychology (BSc.) and Psychotherapy (BA.) at Sigmund
Freud University (SFU), Vienna and is currently involved in postgraduate education of
psychotherapy (Freudian Psychoanalysis) as well as clinical psychology at SFU. Working as
Editorial Assistant for Sigmund Freud University Press opens a broad field of research to him
which also supports his interest in cultural psychology and psychotherapy linkages. The
combination of theoretical and practical tasks is one of the core points of his work, which he
tries to develop and integrate in his currently teaching assignment of social psychology and
qualitative methods. All together his interest in structuring processes, understanding
metacognition and clear communication fascinates him to explore diverse cultures around
the world (preferred Asia). Participating in a multicultural world can be seen as an inevitable
part in his everyday life.
