TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited under Single bid system containing I(Technical, commercial , General
conditions & Price Bid( for described work) ) from experienced contractor/firms for the Manufacturing
/repairing of 1000 mm Top and Bottom Rollers. at Regional Work Shop Silewara, Nagpur
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manufacturing/repairing of 1000 mm Top and Bottom Rolles.
Scope of work.
1. Schedule “A” ( Top Roller) 1000 mm Top Roller repairing.

Top Roller 1000 mm Replace/repair of shaft 28 mm/ 1 no.

Machining , facing, cutting , grooving , welding and

Replacement of seal kit and bearing 2 no each with 04 nos. circlip.
housing fitting and in all respect roller should be completed with painting.
( Note : Roller shell will be provided by the department.

2. Schedule “B” ( Bottom Roller) 1000 mm Botom Roller reapairing.
Replace/repair of shaft 28 mm
1 no.
Replacement of seal kit and bearing 2 no with 04 nos. circlip.
Machining and facing, cutting , grooving , welding and
of housing fitting and in all respect roller should be complered with painting.
( Note : Roller shell will be provided by the department.

Terms & Conditions :
I). Experience of having successfully completed similar nature of work during last 7 years ending
last day of month previous to the one in application are invited should be either of the
following.
a. Three similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the
estimated cost.
OR
b. Two similar competed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated
amount.
OR
c. One similar competed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80 % of the
estimated cost.
II)
Self attested copies of the following documents are to be submitted along with the offer.
a. Firm registration details if any.
b. Permanent Income Tax Account Number/copy of PAN Card.
c. Copy of Service Tax Registration, if applicable.
d. Enterprise deed if any.
e. Self declaration for non banning/black listed from any WCL/PSU/Govt. Organizer, otherwise your
offer not consider.
f. Tenderer should inspect the job throughly at site on any working day before offering the rates, no
additional job will be considered after complete the work.
g. Management reserves the right to accept or reject the work without assigning any reason what
so ever.
III. Guarantee/Warranty : 06 Months Guarantee/Warranty shall be given by the tendere.

The cost of tender documents/EMD will be deposit in favour of WCL Silewara on any
working day from 10 am to 3.30 pm during the specified period.

letter No. & Job Description. Management of W.C.L., Nagpur Area reserves the right to accept or
reject any offer without giving any reason thereof.
