While he was at the school he held an assembly for the entirety of Year 7. During the assembly he read two extracts from the first book of the trilogy and told us his inspirations as a child. As well as him being asked the question Huw Powell decided that he would ask year 7 some book related questions such as: which book are you reading and which author is your favourite. This made the entire assembly seem more like a conversation and less like an interview. Towards the end of the assembly year 7 were asked by Huw what they thought a space pirate would look like. He took ideas from many students as to what the pirate should look like. It ended up having a tentacle beard and a bionic eyepatch as well as a great deal other weird and wonderful ideas. 3 Oliver Wordsearch L K Q O Y U N O D T P X E B U L A P I H U V O E A O X G G M N Y C U Y K N K P S U P A Y P D A S I O H C U Q W M W N N A O W N W S O V B H R E S A R D Z I W C P U D M G V B C H W M A N P K Y O M Q Z K B F P X K U U C E D J F G N J P P R O K W I R G N H A Q N U I E O B U P A E B C J G V A F K B L L F R R W V J G I L T I V N L F N R E V I L O N M O Q I L J S H P A J H G R U E L W I Q Z S K F I E Q A E G K Z G A D M N X D A S W G X K G H R N L R D I Quick Quiz 11P on a FT 12M in a Y 4L on a T 88K on most P 26L in the A Most A have 32T Example: 8L on a S – 8 legs on a spider DODGER FAGIN GRUEL MUSICAL NANCY OLIVER ORPHANAGE PICKPOCKET Answers 11 players on a football team 12 months in a year 4 legs on a table 88 keys on most pianos 26 letters in the alphabet 32 teeth on most adults Riddles and Brain Teasers: 1.
