BAKED APPLE CHIPS

BAKED APPLE CHIPS
With no added sugar, salt, or preservatives, these healthy chips are
easy to make and are a great snack!
Ingredients:
4 medium gala apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
 You can use any type of apple, but
gala apples are usually what I use.
 You can peel the apples or leave the
skin on for extra fiber
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F
2. Arrange apple slices on parchment paper on a baking sheet (you might need
two baking sheets)
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple slices
4. Bake in the oven until apples are dried to desired ‘crispness’, about 1 hour
5. When done, take chips out of the oven and let them cool. Store in an airtight
container.
6. Try serving with low-fat Greek yogurt as a dip. Enjoy!
