A word from Dennis, John and Mark
Autumn means many
things to different people.
Maybe it brings to mind
thoughts of crisp, cool
days to spend walking in
fall leaves. Or perhaps you

Thank you for writing
a rave review!
Please don’t keep us a secret and
continue telling us how we are doing.
To make our services even
more accessible, Master’s

Saturday appointments.
The first concern of Masters has always been our loyal
customers. Our success depends on your satisfaction, which
pushes us to strive for excellence in our products and services.

you have at least one, or if it’s functioning properly, call us
to come take a look for your safety and peace of mind. CO
poisoning is too common, but it’s also preventable.

you the remainder of 2015 and in the years to come!

A word from our expert -
Kerry Schlegel, Comfort Advisor
The Importance Of The Installation
It is true that upgrading your old energy
consuming air conditioning and heating
system with a high efficiency system
has the same positive effect on the
environment as not driving your car for
a year!**
Three common issues:
But it must be installed properly. An
improper installation uses more electricity
and makes your system work harder, which
can shorten equipment life. The problem is
that your home may feel comfortable but
is costing you twice as much as it should
to make it so, and you’d never know. The
old saying “You get what you pay for” rings
true with regards to an installation of the
primary system that keeps your family
comfortable all year round.
• Duct leakage - you can lose a tremendous amount of airflow if your ductwork is not
sealed and installed properly, costing you a lot of money every month as well as causing
your system to work harder.
2
• Low airflow - this can cause your rooms to be uncomfortable as well as require your
system to work harder.
• Improper refrigerant charge - this can cause long term damage to your system,
shortening its life.
All of our service technicians are professionally trained and follow a comprehensive
checklist to ensure a proper installation every time. We also back all of our workmanship
with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are concerned your system might have been
installed incorrectly, or are ready to look at installing a new system, contact our office and
we’ll schedule a time for a comfort advisor to come meet with you.
