Project 1: Clay Garden Butterfly - Convert a clay vase into a butterfly
body and create clay leaves for wings. Final piece can be 12 to 24 inches.
Clay shape is ready for firing and glazing outside class. Please bring a
large board or sheet of cardboard for transporting the butterfly.
Project 2: Gloss & Matte Raku- Learn how to combine any gloss glazes
with this matte glaze method to achieve textures, patterns, and unique
designs on a variety of shapes we will take through the full raku firing
process during class so you have a finished item to take home.
Project 3: Clay Turtles - These textured turtles can be made in a variety
of different ways and in various sizes from large garden critters to small
accents. Clay shape is ready for firing and glazing outside class.
Project 4: Clay Spheres- Construct perfectly round shapes in coil or bark
textures. Variety of sizes available from 3 to 10 inches. Clay shape is
ready for firing and glazing outside class.

working with silkscreen designs and raku glaze. We will go through the
full raku firing process so you have a finished item to take home.
Project 3: Clay Cottages - Construct little clay cottages for a fairy garden,
toad house, bird house or village. Choose from various puzzling molds like
pumpkins, vases, and cylinders measuring from 8 to 15 inches, along with
textures forms. Clay shape is ready for firing and glazing outside class.
Project 4: Ceramic & Glass Tiles- Discover how easy it is to turn glazed tile
into customized tiles using glass colors and glass, all in one firing! It makes
for amazing textured shower walls or back splash in the kitchen. The tiles
can also be framed as artwork. Various patterns available.

Project 1: Clay Flower Bowl- Create fun, textured clay flowers inside a bisque bowl. They can be hung on a wall, placed
on a stake in a garden, or set out as table art. Final piece will be
12 to 14 inches. Clay shape is ready for firing and glazing outside

Project 2: Clay Bark Birdhouse or Bird Feeder- Discover how easy it is
to create bark textured, clay puzzled birdhouses of bird feeders using
a variety of clay puzzling mold shapes and sizes up to 14 inches. Clay

Project 3: Clay Trees - Would you like to know how to create layered,
bark textured trees? In this workshop you’ll learn the basics. Clay shape
is ready for firing and glazing outside class.
Project 4: Bark Raku- Learn to fire raku bowls vertically to optimize kiln
space. These bark textured bowls will be glazed and fired in class, and
each participant will learn all the steps to get these remarkable results
and interesting textures and colors.
