School will be closed on Monday, February 13th and Monday,
February 20th for Lincoln’s Birthday and Presidents Day.
Coming Thursday, February 9th…THE NED YO-YO Show! On February 9th at
1:30 pm we will be having an assembly for our students featuring the Ned
Show and Character Building. Yo-Yo’s will be available for purchase from
February 10th – February 17th after school.
Our P.T.O. is now selling Valentine Grams. The cost is $1.00 per
Gram. You may drop your order off at the front office and they will
be delivered on Tuesday, February 14th to your student’s classroom.
You may order for your student, your student’s friends, teachers and
staff members. Order forms have gone home and you may pick up more
at the front office! All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards
buying a new Popcorn Machine for our Movie Nights!
Our 4th graders will be hosting Movie Night on Friday, February 10th.
Showing will be “Trolls”. Movie times are 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The
cost is $5.00 per person which includes a goodie bag with drink and
all you can eat popcorn! There will be a snack bar available to
purchase extra goodies and Pizza for $1.00 a slice! Come and enjoy
the show!
On sale now are the Monday, March 16th “Rio Night with the
Kings”. Come join us as Rio will present the US Flag during
the National Anthem. Tickets are $23.00 each for Upper
Level. You may purchase tickets from the front office no
later than Friday, February 17th. This will be a great family
event!
There will be no school on Friday, March 17th for a Staff
Development Day.
Just a reminder that school starts at 7:55 am. Students arriving
after this time will need to go through the front office to check in.
Spring Pictures
Spring Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, March 1st.
Order forms will go home soon. Only those wishing to order
will have their pictures taken.
Art Project
Our Art teacher Mrs. Olson is looking for donations from our
families of empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls. These will be
used for a 3-D Robot building project. Your help would be much
appreciated!
All Six Flag Reading Logs are due by Friday, February 17 th. The
certificates will be delivered the last week of school.
