CMCI announces the airlift certification by the United States Air Force of the
LSA™ Adapter for Quadcon and Tricon (Part Number LSA108TQ). A direct
result of lessons learned from Operation Enduring Freedom, this patent
pending device will allow Quadcon and Tricon containers to be loaded directly on to 463L-equipped military cargo systems, eliminating the need for
pallets, chains and dunnage. Lightweight and small, the LSA™ can be
shipped and stored inside the container. The LSA™ attaches in less than 30
seconds using the ISO corner castings, providing a smooth rolling surface
for the cargo system. The end result is faster transportation, economical
price and the elimination of pallet requirements to move Quadcon and Tricon containers.
