Give the gift of TIME…Time to talk, Time to listen, Time to play, Time to share, Time to love…We wish you a joyous Holiday season! SNOW DAYS- When Adams 12 schools are closed due to inclement weather or dangerous road conditions, The Children’s Center will be closed. You can go to www.adams12.org or Channel 22 for School District updates. Also, the local TV channels carry school closings. IT’S NOT TOO LATE!!! Start a New Holiday Tradition! The Children's Center in collaboration with The Dance Conservatory of Denver will present "The Children's Nutcracker" Friday, Dec. 11 @ 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 12 @ 12:00 & 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, Dec 13 @ 12:00 & 4:00 p.m. This is one of our former parents dance company and is a perfect Nutcracker performance. It is more age appropriate for young children (shorter version with more children involved). This is the 8th production and will include over 100 children. All performances will be at the Colorado Heights Theatre, 3001 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver. The Friday performance is for school groups, scouts, etc at discount rates $10.00 instead of $25. See Ms. Ogden or Mrs. Heilman for the Friday performance tickets. Tickets for the Saturday and Sunday performances are available at the box office the day of the performance. This is not a school field trip but a fun tradition for you and your family to enjoy! Our children are not performing and we will still have school on Friday. Registration for 2017... We will be contacting you via e-mail starting in January by the date that you originally applied to The Children’s Center regarding placement. You do not have to fill out another application. This process takes several weeks to complete but we hope to have everyone in the school placed by Valentine’s Day. We will offer you the spot(s) that we have open when we come to your name on the wait lists via e-mail. After you choose your spot we will send a contract. Remember: You should be thinking about your schedule for next year and what class options would work for your schedule. It is wise to have several choices as your first choice may not be available when we get to your name. You will have 48 hours to give us your class choice, so you may want to be somewhat prepared. You will need to return the contract within 3 days with a $150 non-refundable fee to hold your spot until September. We will need all sibling applications by December 15 to receive priority status for the next school year! It is never too early to submit an application for future school years. *Grandrabbits Toy Shoppe – If you shop at Grandrabbits at any of their locations, please tell them your child attends The Children’s Center Preschool and that we are members of their Bunny Bucks program.
