Grills
As the weather starts to get warmer, we want to
remind you that if you wish to have a grill on your
balcony, they must be a small propane or electric grill
and kept AT LEAST ONE FOOT from the building.
Current renters insurance must be on file prior to
having grills on balcony. Charcoal grills on park downs
property are strictly prohibited.

Laundry Room:
Please be courteous of your neighbors and clean up
after yourself. This includes empting the lint trap and
throwing empty soap containers. Please wipe off all
spilled laundry & fabric softner from wash machines.
Muddy Shoes:
Please be courteous of the mud during the Spring
weather. If you have mud on your shoes, please
remove your shoes/boots outside and carry them into
your unit.
