AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS FOR RENT

Pre-Applications are being accepted for four (4) affordable rental apartments to be located at
Carnevale Plaza, 255 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ. Apartments will be ready for occupancy late
May/early June 2017. Rental housing is available to low and moderate (2 & 3 bedrooms) income
households.
Rental amounts for the two and three bedroom units will range from $496 to $1,173 per month.
Utilities are not included and are the responsibility of the tenant.
In order to be eligible, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey
Department of Community Affairs. Interested households will be required to submit a preapplication and will be required to submit gross income documentation, pass a background and
credit check (680 credit score required) in order to qualify. Applications from residents or workers
of Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties will be given preference. The income limits for Mercer

How to Apply
Triad Associates has been designated by the project developer as the program Administrative Agent
to qualify and assist renters through the application process. If you are interested in applying to rent
one of the affordable units, you must complete a preliminary application and return it to Triad
Associates. This application will place you on a waiting list only and is not an approval.
Preliminary applications are available at www.triadhousingprograms.com, and at the Princeton
Municipal Building, 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ 08540. They can also be requested via
mail by calling Triad Associates at (856) 690-5749 for applicants that do not have access to the
internet.
All completed Preliminary Applications must be returned or postmarked to
Triad Associates by April 12, 2017
All qualified pre-applications will be entered into a lottery to be held on April 17, 2017.

contact us as email confirmations will be sent out. Only lottery selected applicants will be contacted when their name is next
on the waiting list. All other applicants will remain on the waiting list for future affordable housing opportunities.
