AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS FOR RENT CARNEVALE PLAZA APARTMENTS PRINCETON NJ Pre-Applications are being accepted for four (4) affordable rental apartments to be located at Carnevale Plaza, 255 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ. Apartments will be ready for occupancy late May/early June 2017. Rental housing is available to low and moderate (2 & 3 bedrooms) income households. Rental amounts for the two and three bedroom units will range from $496 to $1,173 per month. Utilities are not included and are the responsibility of the tenant. In order to be eligible, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Interested households will be required to submit a preapplication and will be required to submit gross income documentation, pass a background and credit check (680 credit score required) in order to qualify. Applications from residents or workers of Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties will be given preference.
