Nazi racial policy, the origins of anti- Semitism in Germany, the concepts of the
Aryan race and social Darwinism.
Nazi policies towards different groups such as the mentally ill, Roma gypsies
and asocials.
4.Anti-Semitism.
Nazi policies and actions against the Jews 1933-1945.
Impact of emigration and the war against Poland.
Nazi treatment of the Jews 1939-42.
Roles of the Einsatzgruppen, ghettos and the policy of deportation.
The radicalisation of policies towards the Jews after 1942, including the
development and purpose of the concentration camp system, the Wannsee
Conference in 1942 and the development of the extermination camps, such as
Auschwitz and the ‘Final Solution’.
