The Whole Shabang is a completely outfitted trip with everything your group needs—boats,
equipment, food and shuttles. You only pay for the equipment and services you actually use, which
means you can add or subtract to customize your Whole Shabang package. Our expert staff will help
prepare the boats, shop, pack the food and coolers, and provide round trip custom shuttles—with a
smile.

Vehicle Storage
Ceiba has the ability at our facility to store your private vehicles. Please contact us for arrangements
and details. Some hotels in town allow you to store vehicles if you stay there before or after your trip.

In 2016 the Hualapai Tribe charged a Diamond Creek Road usage fee per passenger, per vehicle,
and per driver. This fee is in addition to Ceiba shuttle prices. Ceiba can easily add your Hualapai
fees into your trip’s cost and simply take care of this detail for your group.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing and received by Ceiba.
Prior to 60 days out – payments will be refunded less a 3% administration
fee (i.e. for a $1500 invoice, the 3% fee would be $45).
Between 60-31 days prior to launch – payments will refunded less a 3%
admin fee, plus the foodpack fee ($650).
Between 30-15 days prior to launch – payments will refunded less a 10% admin fee, plus a 50%
equipment charge, plus a foodpack fee of $650, and the cost of any food already purchased.
If your reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to launch the only available refund will be for any
shuttles not taken, sales tax on those shuttles and Hualapai fees (if applicable).
