LITTLE BOW PROVINCIAL PARK
All that parcel or tract of land, situate, lying, and being in the fifteenth (15) township, in the twenty-second (22)
range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
FIRSTLY:
The west half of legal subdivision ten (10), legal subdivision eleven (11), the east half of legal subdivision
twelve (12), legal subdivision fourteen (14), and the south west quarter of legal subdivision fifteen (15) of
section two (2) of the said township, containing one hundred and thirty and fifteen hundredths (130.15) acres,
more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:
Out of the said legal subdivision fourteen (14), twenty-three hundredths (0.23) of an acre, more or less,
required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of the said roadway of file in the
Land Titles Office at Calgary for the South Alberta Land Registration District as No. 1848 G.R.
SECONDLY:
All that portion of the south west quarter of the said section two (2) of the said township which lies to the north
and east of the southwesterly limit of Travers Reservoir, as shown upon a plan of survey of the said reservoir
of record in the Department of Lands and Forests at Edmonton as No. 37 I.R.R., and on file in the said Land
Titles Office, as No. 5099 G.X., containing one hundred and thirty and eighty-five hundredths (130.85) acres,
more or less.
THIRDLY:
All that portion of the south east quarter of the said section two (2) of the said township required for Parcel A,
as shown colored in red upon a plan of survey of the said parcel of record in the said Department of Lands
and Forests as No. 12 Park, and on file in the said Land Titles Office as No. 1813 J.K., containing eight and
fifty hundredths (8.50) acres, more or less.
FOURTHLY:
All that portion of the said south east quarter of section two (2) of the said township which lies generally to the
north of the northerly shoreline of Tavers Reservoir, to the south and west of the southwesterly limit of the
said Parcel A, as shown upon the said plan No. 12 Park (1813 J.K.) and to the west of a line drawn on a
bearing of south seven (7) degrees west from a point forty (40) feet northwest, measured along the said
southwesterly limit, form the most southerly corner of the said Parcel A, containing two and thirty hundredths
(2.30) acres, more or less.
The lands herein described containing two hundred and seventy-one and fifty-seven hundredths (271.57)
acres, more or less.
