The Hopkins School District Board of Education
will meet in Executive Session
at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2012.
The purpose of the Executive Session is for the
Board to conduct the Superintendent’s
year-end performance review with
Superintendent John Schultz.
The Executive Session will be conducted
in room 233D of the Boardroom in:
Eisenhower Community Center
1001 Highway 7
Hopkins, Minnesota 55305
Individuals who need auxiliary aids for effective communication during
the meeting are invited to make their needs and preferences known
72 hours prior to the meeting time to Katie Williams at 952.988.4076 or
through the MN Relay Service. Examples of auxiliary aids or services
may include: a sign-language interpreter, assistive listening device
systems, agendas/handouts available in alternate formats such as
Braille, large print, etc.
