Reciprocal Arrangements – Ely City Golf Club / Peterborough Milton GC /Diss GC
Rules
General
1. No fee will be levied by either Club.
2. Arrangements for reciprocal golf cannot be made more than one month in advance.
3. This reciprocal arrangement applies only to Full (7 day) adult male and female members, and
Business Members with a current CONGU handicap.
ECGC Members
1. Will themselves initially telephone the Club they wish to visit to ascertain availability. Tee times
will not be available before 10:00 hours weekdays or 15:00 hours at weekends nor will more
than 8 members per day be eligible without the prior agreement of the Host Club.
2. Will then contact the ECGC Manager’s Office by phone or email to confirm the details of the
booking.
3. The ECGC Manager’s Office will then email confirmation of the booking to the Member which
will include the names of players, the Host Club and the date and time of the booking. A copy of
the email will be sent to the Host Club. In the event the ECGC Member does not have email
access, a copy email must be collected from the ECGC Manager’s Office.
4. When arriving at the Host Club, the Member(s) must hand over to the Professionals Shop a copy
of the confirmation email. Failure to present this will mean the Member(s) will not be eligible to
receive courtesy via these arrangements.
5. ECGC Members must obey the host Club rules.
Visitors to ECGC
1. Will be permitted to play weekdays after 10:00 hours and weekends after 15:00 hours, subject
to course availability.
2. Must have telephoned the PMGC Professional Shop before the visit to ascertain availability.
3. Must bring an email of introduction from their home club. This should state the names of all
Visitors and details of the date and time of booking.
4. Will NOT be afforded courtesy unless they have pre-booked and have a copy email from their
home club.
5. Will be honorary members of ECGC for the day and will be welcome to use our facilities and will
be expected to obey all Club rules.
6. No more than 8 players per day will be accepted without prior agreement from the Host Club.
7. Dress rules of ECGC must be strictly adhered to and the club reserves the right to restrict entry
to the course to any player not properly dressed.
Please note
To save any possible misunderstanding the availability of tee times and dates to use the Reciprocal Golf
Arrangements described above, together with the number of players allowed to use this facility on any
one occasion will be the sole discretion of the host club and their decision will be final.
