Wood-Fired Pizza Ovens
Using traditional design and hi-tec ceramic/clay materials our wood-fired
ovens can, with ease, enable you to cook pizzas, bread, roasts, etc. and
have great fun!
The builders of these ovens have manufactured kilns, furnaces and ovens
for forty five years, and understand the latest technology and production
processes. All of the ovens are suitable for commercial and domestic use.
Due to their low emissions, light weight and low fuel use they are ideal for
after fitment to vans and trailers.
These ovens can be safely used at markets and festivals, they have very low
smoke emissions and use far less fuel than conventional concrete ovens.
Our ovens are carbon neutral and safe to touch on the outside throughout
the cooking cycle, they reach temperature in 20-30 minutes.
The no.1 oven has a stand that can be placed on a table, no's. 2,3,4 have a
trolley, all can be moved by one person.
All ovens are supplied with a pizza peel, brush, hi-temp thermometer and
cover. Our ovens are pre-cured and ready to use.

Family Small - No.1
This is a small oven suitable for family use. It will cook a 12 in pizza in 90
seconds and a tray of vegetables in 5 minutes. It heats up quickly and can
be carried to the beach or taken camping.
