AMENDMENTS PROPOSED BY THE DELEGATION OF BELGIUM
Rule 3.
"Notices convening a session of the Health Assembly shall
be sent by the Director- General to Members and Associate
Members and to all related, inter-governmental and nongovernmental organizations invited to be represented at the
session, not less than 60 days in advance of the opening of
the sessionü"
The Belgian Delegation supports the amendment proposed

by the United Kingdom .
The above text should} therefore,
be followed by the three paragraphs set forth in that amendment.
Rule 6»
"Supplementary items may be added to the agenda during
a sessionj if the Assembly so decides; it shall reach a
decision after consultation with its General Committee as to
the propriety of such a procedure.
The General Committee
shall state its opinion at the earliest possible moment."
