Novare Human Capital was founded in 2001 by Investor AB. Today, the Novare group is
one of the leading human capital companies in Sweden. Novare Leadership Academy
is specialized in developing leaders through a wide range of programs and networks for
Young Professionals, Young Executives and Senior Executives.
This year, Novare Leadership Academy and Svenska Dagbladet will launch a unique
innovation program. Cheetah - Disruptive Innovation Program will connect particpants
with thought leaders of change and provide them and their organizations with tools and
new perspective to drive transformation and stay in the forefront of change.

Cheetah - Disruptive Innovation Program is named
after the cheetah, one of the worlds fastest animals
known for their explosive speed an amazing stamina.
This is how we look upon change - run fast, take lead
and stay there long. This program will help particpants
accelerate change in their organizationas. The aim is
to prepare the particpants, their organizations and the
society for the extra-ordinary changes that we will face
in the near future. It is time to stop strategizing and
power-pointing about innovation and start doing!
PROGRAM OUTLINE
The program runs from October to May with four
modules (two days each) and one international
business trip to Silicon Valley (U.S.) to visit
companies and Singularity University. The program
will focus on relevant business and innovation related
topics presented by top executives, thought leaders
and other experts within each specific module theme.

Novare Leadership Academy will form a group of
15-20 senior managers, business developers and key
change makers from different functions and industries.
The final participants are selected after a nomination
process to secure a group with diverse backgrounds
and perspectives.
Organizations can nominate candidates to the
program during spring 2016. To nominate, please
send below information before August 31 to

Novare Leadership Academy will contact all

process conducted during spring 2016. Candidates

PROGRAM DURATION
The program runs from October 2016 to May 2017. The
modules are held in Stockholm and will be two days
each, with overnight stays. Detailed time schedule and
information about the business trip will be presented
upon application.
ADMISSION
The investment for the program is SEK 125 000 per
participant. VAT, optional activities, travel expenses,
accommodation and meals are not included.
