DIRECTIONS: Every time you drink 16 oz of water, mark off one bottle from that day. If you drink more
than 64 ounces of water in a day, write in the additional ounces in the space provided. If you drink 64
oz of water all five days, you can turn this card in for a prize! All cards must be received by April 7th.
