We made our

and launched

farthest.
Then we

I am so
pleased with our
third newsletter! We
have been working
hard on “hot-to”
forms of writing: We
have done this
through blowing
bubble, eating
Oreo’s and
catapulting
marshmallows. We
are all at different
stages in our writing
but learning how to
become very specific
in our steps using our
transition words.
Then open the pack and cut the gum into pieces
Before the next, take the oreo apart.
Next put the gum in your mouth and chew until in
you don’t feel hardness
Then, eat the oreo.
Finally you do the challenge
This has been a
student lead
centre where we
have actually
built this robotic
arm! What a huge
accomplishment.

Our last one is
going to be how a
marble goes down a
self-created marble
maze. Remember to
bring in your recycled
materials to build the
mazes!

How to catapult a marshmallow

-First get 20 popsicle sticks and 5
rubber bands.
-Next we start making the catapult.
-Then we get a marshmallow and put
the marshmallow on the flingy.

-Last you pull back and let go and
hopefully your marsh mellow goes.

-bubble gum
-trophy

stick that flings
- pull the stick back then let go
