School will dismiss at 11:45am on Wednesday. Spring Break will be from 4/13-4/17. School will
resume on Tuesday 4/18.
After school tutoring will NOT meet this week.
There will be a meeting today for 8th grade girls interested in golfing next fall at the high school.
You will be called by intercom.
Open field practices at the YMCA soccer field will begin Tuesday, April 11th and every Tuesday
and Thursday thereafter until the end of the school year. Any 8th grade student interested in
playing high school soccer next year is welcome to attend open field.
Open field will start after school and run until about 4:30. These are not mandatory, but
encouraged for any potential player not currently participating in a spring sport.
Today’s word of the day is “elucidate”. Write a sentence using the word correctly on a piece of
paper with your name on it and drop it in the basket in the office. We will draw a winner to
receive Vandal Vouchers tomorrow morning. Lauren Dothager was able to use yesterday’s word
“qualm” correctly in a sentence. Stop by the office to pick up your vouchers.
