For the first time, local people will have a major statutory say in helping to shape development in the areas in which they live. People in Denmead are already planning for the future. Through the Denmead Neighbourhood Forum we are developing a Neighbourhood Plan which will shape future development over the next 20 years. We want to know the views of local businesses and employees in the area – and we want your voice to be heard as the plan is developed over the next year. Come and join in - find out more and let us know what matters to you by coming to a Business Breakfast on Friday 3 August at 8am at Barnards Restaurant, Hambledon Road, Denmead. Please RSVP to The Clerk to the Council by email [email protected] or telephoning 023 9224 7947. Whether or not you are able to come we would appreciate it if you could take 5 minutes to complete the attached questionnaire. This will be analysed independently and the main findings used to shape our discussions on 3 August. The completed survey can be returned to the box in the Newsagents or posted to The Parish Council, The Old School, School Lane, Denmead, PO7 6LU. If you prefer to complete the survey online, please use the following link http://www.clicktools.com/survey?iv=n64je5s3e8jkb We want this survey to reach as many businesses in Denmead as possible.
