“Kölsch” (German pronunciation [kœlʃ]) is Cologne’s famous local beer,
a clear pale ale. Typical Kölsch glasses differ a great deal from other
German beer glasses, as they are of a cylinder form and only hold 0,2
liters. This sponsoring is ideal for companies that would like to display

General Information
Exhibitor passes
According to the package purchased there will be a two staff tickets
included with each exhibition booth. Exhibitors must register in
advance of the conference and collect the passes from the registration
desk on arrival. Passes do not include access to the conference sessions. Refreshments and catering are included.
Should you require additional passes, please let us know.
Exhibitor profile
According to the package purchased you are entitled to a company
profile which will appear on the XP 2017 website alongside your company logo (jpg, png or eps format).

Environmental awareness
We believe that the XP conference should have as little impact on the
environment as possible. In order to do this we ask that exhibitors consider their impact on the environment with areas such as the promotional material and travel arrangements that they provide and use.
Power Usage and Wi-Fi
Each booth will have access to one power socket. Wi-Fi connection will
be available free of charge to each exhibition booth. Further information will be provided at the event.
